In an attempt to understand each other again, one couple undergoes an experimental procedure that allows them to fully experience the other’s consciousness for one minute.

To Be A Bat is a sharp new play about intimacy, memory and the limitations of empathy in a hyperconnected world.

A new work-in-progress show developed and presented as part of the Shed Originals script development programme in partnership with Traverse Theatre.
